A Multifaceted Approach to Violence in Calgary's Northeast

On October 3, I called for tougher action to curb gun violence in Calgary.

On September 30, I successfully brought forward a Resolution to City Council that took a strong stance against Quebec’s controversial Bill 21.

YYC Matters Campaign for the Mortgage Stress Test

As we wait for the Federal Government and Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation to assess changes to the B-20 Mortgage Stress Test, our Provincial Government can immediately allow for a made in Alberta solution in allowing Albertan credit unions to write mortgages based on local and regional conditions.

Launch of the Ward 5 Sports Council

On September 24 I had the pleasure of hosting Ward 5's first Sports Council at the Calgary North Soccer Centre. A huge thank you to all of the organizations and representatives who attended that helped make this event such a success and to Lance Humeniuk for accommodating us at this beautiful facility.

Community Clean-ups a Success!
